Founders & Team
Marek Pärtel is a real estate entrepreneur and investor with over a decade of experience across European property markets. As co-founder and chairman of EstateGuru, he helped build one of Europe's leading property-backed lending platforms — connecting more than 160,000 investors across the continent and financing hundreds of millions in real estate projects across eight countries.
His work spans the intersection of real estate, technology, and finance — from developing financial technologies and pioneering tokenized real asset platforms through Nestor Exchange to advising on institutional-grade property investment structures. A graduate of Estonian Business School, Marek has represented Estonia's fintech and proptech ecosystem at the World Economic Forum, Money20/20, and MIPIM, and is consistently recognized as one of the country's most influential voices in finance.
With VAIB REAL, Marek brings this experience to a more personal mission: developing places where architecture, wellness, culture, and long-term value converge. His conviction is that the most enduring real estate assets will be those designed around human wellbeing — not just financial yield.

Kristjan Täht is a founder, strategic lead, and operations executive with over 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across Europe and Asia. As Co-Founder & Strategic Lead at Nestor Exchange, a Luxembourg-based real-world asset platform, he works to turn premium real estate and impact assets into compliant, investor-ready digital ownership structures.
Kristjan has served on boards in Singapore, Norway, Switzerland, and Estonia across health tech, wellness technology, hospitality technology, and international medical supply and distribution. Earlier executive roles include COO at Sanitex — a major Baltic wholesale and logistics business — and CEO at Espressoblue, building a strong foundation in operational leadership, performance management, and growth execution.
At VAIB REAL, Kristjan works at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and delivery — with a focus on building clear operating models and turning complex ideas into execution. His practical mix of governance experience, commercial architecture, and multi-market operations brings structure and momentum to every project.
